Breathe In Breathe Out

I hope all is well with you and if not know that it will soon get better! We can’t avoid challenges that come across our paths.  We can only control how we move forward.  Are you going to move forward emotionally crippled or are you going to move forward bolder and stronger.

We can’t keep it all to ourselves. I don’t tell everyone what I go through but I try to be sure that I find away to deal with it.  Prayer and writing  is very therapeutic for me but, there have been times a stranger has asked “how are you” and I gave them a earful! It wasn’t what I planned but, It was what I needed at the time. Sometimes I have been that stranger to someone. Find an outlet that works for your lifestyle and don’t get stuck in mixed emotions, feelings of rejection, pain and abuse because it will only fester.

Keep pushing even when you’re tired. Stay focus on who you want to be and what you want out of life.
