Roasted Sweet Potato’s & Brussels Sprouts

If you’re looking for side dish or a main dish check out my roasted sweet potatoes & brussel sprouts recipe.

Ingredients:

Two small sweet potatoes

2cups of halved brussel sprouts

2 tsp or as desired of your favorite seasonings

2-3 tbsp of Olive oil

Sharp knife

Spoon for mixing

Optional: honey to drizzle over dish

This recipes make about 4 servings.

Instructions:

Preheat oven at 375 degrees

Throughly clean the produce

Cut brussel sprouts in half

Toss in olive oil

Place sweet potatoes & brussel sprouts in baking dish or pan in a single layer.

Add your favorite seasonings

CHOP!
Toss in olive oil. This is not a single layer I had to use a bigger dish!

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes if uncovered or covered with foil for about 20 minutes and bake it uncovered for another 15 minutes.

If you don’t want it crispy cover with foil and bake it for 30-45 until it’s reached your desired tendernesses.

Drizzle a little honey for added flavor!

Nice and crispy!
