Pumpkin Spice Latte

Hi,

My favorite fall drink is a pumpkin spice latte. Skip the the lines and all of the sugary madness and make a real pumpkin spice latte in your kitchen!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup purée pumpkin
  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp of nutmeg
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of ginger
  • 1 cup of coffee
  • Medium pot
  • Wisk
  • Whip cream (optional)

Mix spices, pumpkin, sugar and milk in pot on medium heat. Wisk the ingredients to allow the sugar and pumpkin to dissolve. Slowly stir in hot coffee.

Pour latte in mug add whip cream on top and enjoy!
