Beauty: Men vs Women

Hi guys. I just wanted to share some of my thoughts on beauty from both a male and  female perspective. Obviously, I’m not a man it it’s just my take… based on my personal experiences with men. In the future I really want to talk a little more on this topic.

Drop some comments… I want to know what you guys think about this post.

*Disclaimer*

I rambled a lit bit, but I’m confident you’ll enjoy it!

Let’s Catch Up!

Happy New Year! Were just about one month into the new year and I’m super excited about the new things I have planned for 2019! Here’s a little welcome to 2019 and a follow up to my previous post Managing Relationships.

*Oh and I really did see this squirrel eating a French fry from the dumpster. He was resting on top of a sofa that was hanging out of a city dumpster!*

Managing Relationships

As someone who is fast approaching 40 (or middle age) I have learned a few things about the complexities of human relationships. We spend alot of our day trying to “figure people out”, from family to friends , friends to lovers, even the president!  People are strange. We can be dominating, dominerring and doting all one day! I find myself very fansciatied by the way we communicate as humans, how  we manage all of our emotions throughout the busyiness of the day.  I think the most complicated relationships of all are romantic relationships. I few weeks ago, I was outside on the porch enjoying the change in seasons and I decided to share a little bit of what I learned about managing relationships.

Managing Stress

We’re all really busy and we sometimes fail at taking care of ourselves. In the past I’ve  struggled with extreme levels of anxiety.  More recently,  I’ve  been pretty chill and it has a lot to do with me changing how I view my circumstances.  I see the glass as has full  instead of half empty!

Take a listen to my “Car Chronicles” on mediation & stress management!
