Here’s a fun festival holiday drink!
Ingredients:
- 8 oz of 100% Pomegranate juice
- 1 oz of simple syrup
- 3 oz of club soda
- 1/3 of a fresh lime
- Martini shaker
- 1 cup ice
- Lemon squeezer
Add ice, pomegranate juice, syrup, lime juice in Martini shaker. Shake for about 10 seconds and fill your glass.
If you want to sugar you rim as pictured sugar your rim before pouring your drink duh 🙄 right!
Add 3-4 tablespoons of sugar and food coloring of your choice in a sandwich bag. Mix well and allow the sugar to breathe for a few minutes on a small plate.
Take the used lime and rub around the rim of the glass and dip and roll the rim of the glass in your sugar mixture.
